The southwest suburbs are home for us. Our Oak Lawn branch has been cleaning these towns since 2019, and the routes here are the ones our longest tenured teams run.

The near southwest towns are the most consistent housing stock in the region. Oak Lawn, Evergreen Park, Burbank, Chicago Ridge, Alsip, Crestwood, Worth, Hometown, Bridgeview and Palos Hills are largely postwar brick, Georgians, Cape Cods and ranches on compact lots, most built between 1950 and 1970 and many still owned by the family that finished the basement. What they share is a great deal of ceramic tile, original bathroom fixtures, and a lower level that is in real daily use. That last part matters more than it sounds. A quote that prices the two floors above ground and calls the basement an extra is not quoting your house.

West of there the houses get considerably larger. Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, Oak Brook, Clarendon Hills and Western Springs run to custom construction and older estate homes with stone, glass, multiple bathrooms and detailed millwork, and they need a bigger team and a longer visit rather than the same visit moving faster. The village towns along the train lines, La Grange, Brookfield, Downers Grove, Westmont, Lemont and Elmhurst, mix Victorians and foursquares with postwar infill, so two houses on the same block can need two different quotes.

South and west again, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox, Homer Glen, Bolingbrook and Woodridge are mostly subdivision housing from the 1990s onward. Bigger footprints, open plans, more carpet and more glass, and usually a two or three car garage entry that brings the driveway indoors with it.

We ask about it before quoting, because in these towns the lower level is usually in daily use rather than storage. It goes into the written scope either way, so there is no argument about it later.

Yes. Those homes get a larger team and a longer visit rather than the same visit run faster. We look at the home before pricing so the quote reflects the actual square footage, bathroom count and finishes.

Do you work with condo and townhome associations here?

Yes. Common area cleaning, property management turnovers and post construction cleanup all run out of our Oak Lawn branch, on the same routes as our residential work. Boards can have a certificate of insurance before the first visit.

How far southwest do you go?

Our routes reach Frankfort, New Lenox, Mokena and Bolingbrook. If you are past that, ask. We would rather tell you honestly that we cannot staff your address well than book a visit we will struggle to keep.
