Thank you for booking with Phes Cleaning! Here's exactly what our team covers during your appointment, along with add-on services and a few helpful guidelines.

Standard Clean: Included Every Visit

Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and laundry room, cobwebs removed, surfaces wiped and sanitized, sinks and fixtures cleaned, trash emptied, and floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped.

Deep Clean & Move-In/Out

Everything in the Standard Clean plus baseboards, ceiling fans, doorknobs and switches, storm and patio door glass, and air vent covers.

Add-On Services

Inside refrigerator ($50), inside oven ($50), inside kitchen cabinets ($50, must be empty), and inside windows (price varies).
