Part-Time House Cleaner Job in Schaumburg, IL
Apply for a part-time house cleaner position with Phes Cleaning in the Schaumburg area. Join a professional W-2 team with flexible cleaning schedules.
We are hiring part time house cleaners out of our Schaumburg branch. This is the role we open to people who have never cleaned professionally.
This is a W-2 position, part time. Taxes are withheld, pay lands weekly by direct deposit, and supplies and equipment are provided by us. The posted range is $20 to $26 per hour depending on experience.
The schedule is the point of this role. Most part time cleaners work daytime hours on weekdays, which for a lot of people means starting after school drop off and finishing before pickup. Tell us the days and hours you can genuinely commit to and we build a route around them rather than handing you a schedule and hoping. What we need in return is that the days you commit to are days you show up, because a client on a recurring schedule is expecting a specific house cleaned on a specific day.
The work is residential cleaning across the northwest suburbs, usually paired with an experienced cleaner. Four to six homes on a route planned the night before, and mostly the same homes week after week.
You do not need experience. We train every new cleaner before they work alone: our checklists room by room, which product goes on which surface, what to do when something breaks or a client is unhappy, and the phone app for clocking in and out. Training is available in Spanish.
What we do need. Reliable transportation to reach the homes on your route. The legal right to work in the United States. The physical ability to be on your feet, bending and reaching, for most of a shift. And the thing nobody can teach, which is caring whether a house actually looks right rather than whether you got through it.
If you want more hours later on, say so. When a full route opens we look inside first.
To apply, write to careers@phes.io with your resume, put part time in the subject line, and tell us the days and hours you can work.
